Our software and RecordsNET Vault products and services are all sold at an affordable monthly fee as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. The hardware and professional engineering services can be paid monthly with a 48-month to a 60-month agreement.

The RecordsNET Vault has simple searching capabilities for your data in the Cloud, local network or SharePoint databases customized to fit your need.
e-Docs Scanquire software allows for barcode reading, AI intelligent indexing, HIPAA compliance, and multi-factor log-on, OCR, Editing capabilities and encrypted transfers to nightly audited uploads to local or Recods NET Vault archiving.
Files can be stored in PDF, PDF/A, JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF (uncompressed or Group IV) or Bitmap for a painless view of all data.
VPN connectivity, audit logs, and multifactor authentication are all part of the system software.
