From start to finish, e-Docs USA strives to maintain a close working relationship with our customers.


After determining your needs, our engineers will design a system tailored to your specifications. We will provide you with a quote based on our recommendations. For complex systems, we will show you a prototype of your system in an on-line demonstration before installation to make sure that you will be satisfied with the end result.

Installation & Training:

After the system has been designed, we will visit the site, install the server and client software, and train the operators. We design our interfaces to be as intuitive as possible so infrequent users don't have to re-learn the system, and so that training new users is a breeze. View users can learn how to access documents in minutes.

Ongoing Support:

With remote access to the server and scan stations, we try to handle all support and maintenance issues without needing to involve your already too busy IT staff. Phone support is available from 6:00am-6:00pm MST M-F except for standard holidays. After hours emergency support is available.

Scanning and Storage Services:

If you don't have the manpower to complete a scanning project, you can ship your records to the e-Docs Imaging center to be scanned. On-site scanning is also offered in some locations. If you need to keep a physical copy of your scanned files, we also offer record storage.

Cloud Storage Services:

Store your records safe on the Azure Cloud. If you need to keep a physical copy of your scanned records, we also offer record storage on the Azure Cloud.
